I had hoped that santorum winning the Kansas repuglican caucus was either a bad dream or a bad headline. While I am not a repuglican, I am still a Kansan - for now - and am embarrassed at the bullshit that comes out of this state.
I've been told by politically insightful friends that santorum should get the nomination because Obama will make mincemeat out of him. If that is true, and it very well might be, it will be a long campaign season. I'll spend it dodging santorum ads. And stealing yard signs.
Just kidding about stealing the signs. I'm not sure I could touch one without feeling like I had been violated.
This guy is very, very bad news. His venom, I'm sure, penetrates even his yard signs.
